Happy Mardi Gras everyone! If there were ever a holiday more appropriate for throwing parties and decorating with colorful glitz and glimmer it's Mardi Gras. Eat King Cake, gumbo, jambalaya and drink lots of hurricanes. "Laissez les bon temps rouler" (let the good times roll)!
